The annual Big Deal competition organised by TLA (Top –Tier Legal Adriatic, www.toptierlegal.org) officially starts on May 10th at JPM Janković Popović Mitić offices in Belgrade.
The competition will see top law students from across the region tackling an M&A (mergers and acquisition) transaction case-study, entirely modeled on real M&A practice.
An introductory presentation will be held at JPM on May 10th, aimed at introducing participating teams to the basics of a typical M&A transaction.
The presentation will cover legal, professional and commercial aspects of what corporate lawyers do, including their professional skills, duties and responsibilities in some of the region’s most valuable and most challenging deals.
