JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic M&A Team, led by Partner Nikola Poznanović, successfully advised Pertula Holdings Limited and Mr. Aleksandar Popović on exit and sale of the remaining shares in Grand Production to Grand Slam Group, member of United Group, leading multi-play telecoms and media provider in Southeast Europe, which provides customers with a full range of telecommunications and media services.
This is a continuation of JPM long-term support provided to Pertula Holdings Limited and Mr. Aleksandar Popović, starting in 2014 with the sale of part of the shares, followed by assistance in regulating mutual relations between the shareholders until the finalization of the sale. Grand Production is a famous production and publishing house founded in 1998, whose business activity is recording and publishing of sound recordings and music, management of publishing rights, production of TV shows, TV channels. Grand Production manages the publishing rights of tens of thousands of songs and produces TV shows that are broadcasted on the TV channels GRAND and GRAND2, such as Grand Show, Zvezde Granda, Music Mix, TV Chef, and others.
