Five different agricultural land locations located in the Cadastral Municipalities of Golubovci and Dajbabe, have been offered for lease, with a total area of offered lands varying from 8,474 sqm to 24,726 sqm.
The call has been published in accordance with the Decision on the lease of agricultural property for the purpose of stimulating agricultural production on the territory of the Capital City which further details this matter.
The Capital City intends to conclude lease agreements with those who, among other conditions, commit to have at least 80% of the leased property under plantations and to put their investment plan in motion within six months of concluding the agreement.
The yearly lease fee for each of the offered properties must be in the minimum amount of 0.1% of their market price per one meter square, and as per the Public call, these minimum yearly lease fees vary from 67.79 EUR to 1.068,72 EUR, depending on the property.
The lease agreements shall be concluded for a period of ten years with a possibility of renewal. The deadline for submission of applications is 10 December 2021.
