Janez is a doctor of laws with longstanding practical experience in various legal areas, above all in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Law as well as Dispute Resolution.
Prior to coming to Serbia Janez has, since 2002. developed his practice in Slovenia covering a wide range of legal areas.
From 2018. he has been with JPM, where his work includes daily consultancy and representation for international and domestic corporate clients and individuals in areas of Corporate Law and M&A, Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution.
Being a native Slovene, Janez is also a representative of JPM’s Slovenian Desk, with longstanding advisory work for Slovenian clients and its active membership in the Slovenian Business Club in Serbia.
