The ICC National Committee to the renewed Commission is now counting over 1300 Members from more than 100 countries. It is a diversely composed Commission Membership, comprising practicing lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, in-house counsel, corporate representatives, and academics, who are thought leaders and experts in the field of international dispute resolution.
The Commission’s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and ADR across the ICC network to enable thought leadership, in line with the strategic objectives of ICC Dispute Resolution Services (“ICC DRS”). In fulfilling its mission, the Commission produces reports and recommendations to foster understanding and raise awareness of practical, procedural and legal issues in arbitration and ADR.
