Senior Associate Lidija Pejčinović has been registered as an Accredited Mediator with the Serbian Ministry of Justice.
Pursuant to the Law on Mediation in Dispute Resolution (2014), governing legal framework for mediation in Serbia was further strengthened to encourage and benefit parties choosing mediation process as a cost-effective mean of dispute settlement.
