With diverse clients’ needs, broadly speaking, we shall be delivering legal services in two directions – criminal, i.e. punitive aspects as a reaction and, criminal compliance, as prevention. Our office was involved in several high-profile cases related to corporate criminal cases in the past years and this means taking a step forward in terms of institutionalizing the whole process.
