JPM Janković Popović Mitić is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr Ivan Milošević and Mr Bojan Šunderić as new partners.
Mr Ivan Milošević joined the firm in 2007. Apart from being recognised in Serbia as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legal expert and accredited as CIS Information Security Auditor, Ivan has breadth of experience in public procurement, corporate and environmental law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Niš in 1998.
Mr Bojan Šunderić joined the firm in 2007. His practice focuses on intellectual property, contract law, consumer protection, labelling, advertising and litigation. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2005.
Both Mr Ivan Milošević and Mr Bojan Šunderić regularly advise leading Serbian and multinational companies on complex legal matters in their respective fields of expertise.
