JPM advised Groupe UP on entering into partnership with the current owners of Fitpass

JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic acted as the legal advisor C.D Holding Internationale SAS (Groupe UP) on entering into a partnership with the current owners of a Serbian company Emergo Sport d.o.o. (Fitpass).

JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic has advised C.D Holding Internationale SAS (Groupe UP) from France on entering into partnership with the current owners of a Serbian company Emergo Sport d.o.o. (Fitpass), a pioneer company on the market that provides services to corporate entities and retail individuals of issuance, sale and operation of multi-gym/sport activities membership card (FitPass card) enabling access to the sport facilities in Serbia. Fitpass is conducting the same business, through its subsidiaries, in Bosnia and Georgia, and the business is about to expand to other markets as well.

JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic acted as the legal advisor from the very beginning of structuring the transaction, starting with the Due Diligence process, preparing the transactional documents and providing the transactional support.

JPM team was led by Partners Nikola Poznanović and Jelena Stanković Lukić, while other JPM team members Partners Jelena Nikolić and Bojan Šunderić, as well as Senior Associates Anja Šakan, Marija Vukčević and Andrea Cvetanović also provided valuable assistance on various aspects of the deal.
