The fines for non-compliance with the obligations in this new Law have been increased in comparison to the previous law and hence the failure to comply with obligations prescribed by the new Law represents a misdemeanor, per breach, can be fined in an amount from RSD 50,000 to RSD 2,000,000 for legal entities.
