Exemption granted to Gastrans d.o.o. gas inter-connector by the EARS on 5 March 2019

Gastrans d.o.o.  has been granted an exemption in respect of the future gas interconnector from the application of third-party access rules Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia on 5 March 2019.

Gastrans d.o.o.  has been granted an exemption in respect of the future gas inter-connector from application of third-party access rules (general rules for capacity allocation and general terms and conditions for natural gas submission) and regulated prices under Article 283 paragraph 1 of the Energy Law and exemption from the implementation of ownership unbundling requirements in accordance with Article 224 of the Energy Law, all in compliance with Article 288 of the Energy Law implementing Article 36(1) of the Directive 2009/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for internal market in the natural gas and repealing Directive 2003/55/EC as implemented into the Energy Community by Decision 2011/02/MC-EnC.
