JPM Senior Partner Dr. Jelena Gazivoda participated as a panelist at 2nd Serbian Public Private Partnership Conference held in Belgrade on 5 June 2019 discussing the latest trends, challenges and future of PPPs in Serbia and how successful PPPs could be established.
Speaking on the conference panel “Building a Successful Public-Private Partnerships”, JPM Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda, Serbia’s leading legal expert on public-private partnerships, elaborated optimal legal and negotiation strategies designed for successful execution of PPP projects.
The conference was dedicated to infrastructure challenges and how improvements in PPP models, project delivery, procurement, and technology can help address these challenges.
The conference gathered representative governmental officials, major owners, developers, contractors, service providers and leading international and domestic experts in a public-private partnership in further promotion of PPPs, especially in large infrastructure projects.
