STEFAN DOBRIĆ
Stefan is a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate Department specializing in M&A, Energy, Travel and Tourism Law and Law on Games of Chance. He holds master degree from Belgrade University (Serbia) from October 2012 when he specialized in the International Public Law. Recent transactions Mr. Dobrić worked on were the top rated acquisitions in the Serbian health care service market and pharmaceutical products market. In addition to that, he provided legal services in the course of drafting of necessary documentation and applications regarding the games of chance proces conducting and he advised various clients by providing the full legal services in all aspects of business conducting – foundation of the companies, drafting of the internal acts, drafting of the various agreements, representing of the companies in front of the Business register agency etc.
