Eaton etc]; advising of members of DFG group - lmlek a.d. Beograd and Mlekara Subotica a.d. Subotica, in proceedings before the Serbian competition authority , due to the alleged abuse of a dominant position on the Serbian dairies market [DFG as a dominant buyer of the raw milk]; representing lmlek a.d. Beograd in private enforcement of competition law before relevant courts in Serbia; Drafting and implementation of the antirust compliance program for Fresenius Medical Care in Serbia; Implementation of antirust compliance program for Holcim Serbia; advising of several FMCG companies with regard to leniency application before the Serbian competition authority; providing legal advice on various competition law matters;
