NIKOLA VUKOTIĆ
Nikola is a Senior Lawyer in Real Estate Department of JPM. Together with the Real Estate team he advised Bauhaus AG, Germany in course of acquisition of the site and construction of Bauhaus retail center in Belgrade, Delta Holding in the sale of 100% of Delta Maxi Group, Serbia’s largest food retailer, Immorent AG, Austria in negotiation in relation to acquisition of a site for development of a retail park in Sabac, State Owned Company Srbijagas Novi Sad on restructuring of the real estate of Srbijagas in the process of establishment of the JVC Banatski Dvor and construction of the underground gas storage in Banatski Dvor, FMTG-Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group in procedures and related legal services for development of hotel and office facilities in Belgrade, German Embassy in relation to the long-term lease of the new embassy building and reconstruction of the current embassy building, Government of the U.S.A. in relation to the real estate issues pertaining to the embassy building.
