Since 2000, Aleksandar is member of JPM team, supervising many privatization and acquisition mandates. Aleksandar led a number of transactions including recent legal support to Srbijagas (majority owner of Serbian Glass Factory shares) in respect with sale of shares, advising the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia in preparation of the Law on Transfer of Assets and Liabilities of Certain Banks for the Purpose of Preserving the Financial Stability of the Republic of Serbia; advising the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Serbia in first PLA transaction in the Republic of Serbia with respect to transfer of part of assets and liabilities of special purpose bank Nova Agrobanka a.d. Beograd to Banka Postanska Stedionica a.d. Beograd; advising Delta Holding in sale of 100% of Delta Maxi Group; acting the Republic of Serbia in restructuring of national air carrier JAT Airways; advising Veolia France on post privatization corporate activities, advising on corporate restructuring within Knauf companies, including merger of Knauf Zemun d.o.o. and Knauf Beograd d.o.o., advising on change of structure of management in Knauf Zemun d.o.o., advising on change of legal form of Knauf La Rhenane, advising KNAUF GmbH on corporate issues etc.In addition, Aleksandar was also involved in almost all major projects of JPM related to privatization on behalf of our clients: Veolia France, Mittal Steel AG, KBC Belgium, XellaSrbija, EFES Breweries Inernational N.V., Elitte International, Government of the Republic of Montenegro – Privatization Council,Republic of Serbia Government / Ministry of economy and privatization. Engaged for providing restructuring services to the following clients: Telekom Crne Gore a.d., Knauf Group, ABS Holding, etc.
