Milos is a Senior Partner in JPM and head of Real Estate and Litigation departments . To name just a few transactions Milos and his team advised the Government of the Republic of Serbia on restructuring and contribution of the real estate of ZASTAVA into the Joint Venture Company with FIAT; the Government of USA during the execution phases of their real estate purchase contract in Serbia; Port of Belgrade on acquisition and development projects; Arcadom Construction Co., Hungary, on long-term lease of land and development of commercial and industrial park in Zrenjanin; Grand Casino Belgrade regarding construction and real estate matters in the development project first ever casino in Serbia; KNAUF d.o.o. Belgrade in relation to the construction of the new distribution center in Belgrade; Pharm-Olam International, USA in obtaining the new company HQ in Serbia; Phoenix Properties Holding, Austria on acquisition and construction of the logistics centre in Indjija; PSI Pijpleidingen, Netherlands on acquisition of shipyard production plant in Kladovo; Ultimate Holdings, UK on several real estate transactions in Serbia;
