JPM wins case in arbitral proceedings administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

In ad hoc arbitration conducted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 1976, JPM represented Atos IT Solutions and Services doo Belgrade, Siemens Ltd. Belgrade and MS GIS Informationssyteme GmbH, Wien, Austria, as claimants, against the Republic Geodetic Authority, as respondent. The arbitral proceedings were administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague – PCA), as the appointing authority.

The final arbitral award was reached on October 31, 2014, upholding the majority of the claim.
